My Credential Achievement Award check didn’t arrive and it has been more than 4 weeks since I was approved for payment.

If you were approved as a Virginia Ready Scholar before July 1, 2023:

Please log into your https://scholars.vaready.org account and make sure the address listed in your Certification Form is correct. If that address is not correct, please email submit a support ticket. Include your full name and the correct address in your ticket.
