      I finished my class at Sentara – How do I receive my $1,000 Credential Achievement Award?

      You must also earn your Patient Care Technician (PCT) license or Medical Assistant license and submit your Certification Form in order to receive your award. See below for more info.

      • The $1,000 Credential Achievement Award is not automatic.
      • You must earn your relevant license in order to qualify for the $1,000 Credential Achievement Award.
      • If you are an approved Virginia Ready Scholar, you will need to log into your account and  complete your Certification Form. 

      Note: If you did not apply for Virginia Ready before your class started, or within 5 days of your course starting, then you are not eligible for the Credential Achievement Award at this time.
