How do I get my $1000 Credential Achievement Award?

You must be an approved Virginia Ready Scholar, complete your course, pass your exam, upload the required documents, and wait for review.

• First, you need to be an approved Virginia Ready Scholar. Then, you will need to complete your course and pass your credential or licensure exam.
• If you were approved as a Virginia Ready Scholar after July 1, 2023, you will need to complete Milestone 2, finish all 8 VTOP modules, and engage with your career plan tasks you set in Milestone 2 before you submit your Certification Form.
• • If you were approved as a scholar before July 1, 2023, log into your account at https://scholars.vaready.org and go to My Dashboard. From there, you will need to start and complete your Certification Form, then submit the form for review. For instructions, on uploading your credentials, please go to https://www.vaready.org/upload-instructions/
    
  • If you were approved after July 1, 2023, log into your account at https://virginiaready.org/scholar-login and navigate to the Certification Form.Once you have the required documents, you will need to submit them through the Certification Form within 150 days of your last day of class.
